The Committee on Finance moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Senate Bill No. 538 -- A BILL to amend and reenact §5B-1-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended; to amend and reenact §6-7-2a of said code; to amend and reenact §17A-2-6 of said code; and to amend and reenact §29-21-5 of said code, all relating to the salaries of certain appointed officers being fixed by the Governor.
